Out of Hours Care

For all life threatening medical emergencies, please dial 999

When the surgery is closed, please dial 111 for help and assistance with your health needs.

NHS 111
111 is free to call and it is there to provide assistance and advice with your urgent medical needs. They are able to assist you and direct your concerns to the Out of Hour GP service/ A&E Department or, they are able to provide advice and reassurance regarding your health concern.

Walk in Centre
We also have the service of a walk in centre which is open at the Station Plaza from 8.00am to 8.00pm. This service should only be accessed when the surgery is closed.

Unfortunately, some patients are attending the A&E Departments with minor medical conditions which can be dealt with more efficiently by contacting 111. Please avoid using A&E unless your medical condition is life threatening or you have sustained a significant injury, have severe chest pain or breathing difficulty.
